1. Membership

Membership at KF Fitness grants you access to our facilities and services according to the selected membership plan. You must comply with all membership requirements, including age restrictions and health disclosures.

You are responsible for using KF Fitness facilities and equipment safely and appropriately. Respect other members and staff, and adhere to facility rules and guidelines at all times. 

3. Class Bookings

Bookings for fitness classes are subject to availability and may require advance reservation. Cancellations should be made within the specified time frame to avoid penalties.

4. Personal Belongings

KF Fitness is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings while on our premises. Please secure your valuables and refrain from bringing excessive items into the facility. 

5. Conduct

Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or any actions that compromise the safety and well-being of others will not be tolerated. KF Fitness reserves the right to revoke membership or refuse service to individuals who violate our code of conduct. 

6. Payments and Fees

Membership fees, class charges, and other payments are to be made in a timely manner as outlined in your membership agreement. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of services. 

7. Health and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring that you are in good health to participate in fitness activities at KF Fitness. Please inform our staff of any health conditions or concerns that may impact your ability to exercise safely. 

8. Liability

KF Fitness is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of our facilities or services, except in cases of gross negligence. Participation in fitness activities is at your own risk, and you agree to waive any claims against KF Fitness. 

9. Updates to Terms

KF Fitness may update these terms of service periodically to reflect changes in our operations or industry standards. Updates will be communicated to members.
